Hard to believe this is Chinatown: this was behind a block of HDB flats, near the car park and the garbage collection area. If you looked down you'd see the concrete: but if you look up, you see this.

Not quite. It's the duxton hill area, behind the old chinatown shopping complex, opposite the road from Pearl's hill ... across the car park from the new temple? Uhh .... here's the Lat and Long - go look it up in Google Earth!
